Appointments and Fees

First Appointment: Adult 1hr 15minutes £150; Child 60 minutes £95

Follow-up Appointments: Adult 45 minutes £95; Child 30 minutes £45

It is requested that a minimum of two working days notice is given if cancelling an appointment.

Terms and Conditions

Fees: The fee charged covers the consultation, further time spent in case analysis and treatment planning, and any necessary, brief queries made between appointments which require less than 10 minutes to address. Queries requiring more time, such as providing advice on treatment of acute illness, will incur a charge of £25 for the first 15 minutes and £25 for every subsequent 15 minutes of part of. Additional telephone consultations may be booked between appointments, if required, and will be charged on a pro rata basis.

Additional Costs: The consultation fee does not include the cost of any prescribed medicines / nutritional supplements or recommended laboratory tests.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of the appointment and can be made by cash, card, cheque or bank transfer. For telephone consultations, payment must be made prior to the appointment date.

Cancellation of Appointments: Two working days’ notice is required if an appointment cannot be kept.

Short notice cancellations: a cancellation charge of 50% of the consultation fee will be made for late cancellation.

Non-attendance: If an appointment is not kept, with no advance warning of cancellation, the full fee will be charged. In exceptional or unavoidable circumstances the fee may be waived if the appointment is re-booked and subsequently kept.

Data protection: The Data Protection Act 1998 places legal requirement on each company to deal with personal data properly however it is collected, recorded and used. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties and will only be used for internal functions relevant to my practice.
